Separate category for special statuses such as spouses of Turkish citizens, direct foreign investors, key personnel, and qualified workforce.

Indefinite work permit for foreigners who can contribute through academic level, professional experience, or expertise in science/technology/culture.

Renewal that begins 60 days before the current permit expires. Insurance, salary payments, and continuity of employment are documented.
