Residence permit application

For tourism, property ownership, or commercial ties. Passport, address declaration, health insurance, and proof of income/bank statement are core requirements.

For the spouse and children of a Turkish citizen or a foreign national with legal residence. Marriage or partnership certificate, income, and suitable accommodation are required.

For foreign students enrolled in formal education in Türkiye. Student certificate, health insurance, and proof of income/scholarship are required.

Indefinite residence right for foreigners who have legally resided for 8 uninterrupted years. Social security coverage and no social aid in the last 3 years are required.

Renewal must be filed 60 days before the current permit expires. Updated versions of the prior application file and notification of any changes are required.
